Ok - duh - just read your post in red saying you'd missed quite a bit of school due to the weather (after boasting about our weather here, and how much school the kids have missed).

I did get your message - or rather, the husband told me the next day that there was a message from you...

I just don't even know where to start these days...

Tomorrow we're planning to clean the house. I don't even want to talk about what it looks like. I don't mind a little clutter - hey, we've got a 3-year old. I'm realistic about the fact that my house isn't going to be spotless. But even with that, there are limits. The husband is not working right now... I know he studies some during the day, but I also expect him to be doing some cleaning, just like I know he would expect me to clean if I wasn't working.

And don't even get me started on the fact that he's not even putting any effort into getting the boy potty trained.

Things just feel sucky right now. And we're buried in snow and ice - hopefully enough got dumped on you that you at least got a snow day out of it. The kids up here were in school I think only 3 days of the last 2 weeks... don't you wish you lived and teached in Ohio now! :)

I've done much better over the past week or so... of course I've had the stomach flu and everything I have eaten has gone straight through me and out in either of two directions...

Next week it's supposed to warm up and I should get to walk most days... if I can avoid the rain that's moving in. I did laundry and cleaned today... that's exercise, isn't it?? It's snowing here again... another clipper running through. I like snow, so I'll not fuss. Although we've missed quite a bit of school.

I haven't been doing so well, either.

$8.00 worth of food from Taco Bell the other night (and at Taco Bell, $8.00 goes a lllllooooonnnngggg way), just because I was mad at my idiot husband.

Boy, I really showed him, eh.

Hopefully we'll both be back to it soon.....

I'm looking at eliptical machines, but they're so bloody, damn expensive.
