I thought I heard a loud bang in the middle of the night.

Don't feel bad - I'm doing so badly I don't even know where to begin. If it wasn't for the medicine... medicineS I should say... the Actos, Glucovance, insulin and Byetta, I hate to imagine what my blood sugar would look like. Hell, I don't even know what it looks like now, because I just dont' check it.
